Camembert, Feta & Ricotta
(Sunday 14 January 10.30am - 3.00pm)
Come and join us for a fun day of cheese making, learn to make Camembert, Feta & Ricotta through step by step instruction. This workshop runs from 10.30am to 3.00pm, with morning tea and lunch provided. We like to keep classes small with a minimum/maximum of six. Feta – rich and creamy soft cheese of Greece, Camembert – French soft, creamy, surface-ripened cheese, Ricotta - versatile Italian soft cheese that can be used in both savoury and sweet dishes.
What does it cost? $NZ100 per person.

Feta & Halloumi (Great Beginner Class!)
(Saturday 20 January 10.30am - 2.15pm)
Come and join us for a fun day of cheese making, learn to make Halloumi & Feta through step by step instruction. This workshop runs from 10.15am to 2pm, with morning tea and lunch provided. We like to keep classes small with a minimum/maximum of six. Feta – rich and creamy soft cheese of Greece, Halloumi - Semi-hard unripened cheese that has a high melting point.
What does it cost? $NZ80 per person.

 Gouda & Camembert

Come and join us for a fun day of cheese making, learn to make Gouda & Camembert through step by step instruction. This workshop runs from 10.30am to 3.30pm, with morning tea and lunch provided. We like to keep classes small with a minimum/ maximum of six. Gouda - 'How da'  is a popular  Dutch semi hard cheese known for its rich unique flavour and smooth texture & Camembert – French soft, creamy, surface-ripened cheese
What does it cost? $NZ110 per person

 ***Please note that workshops require a minimum of six to proceed; if this number is not reached we will endeavour to let you know a week in advance that the class has been cancelled, you can either change to another workshop or we will give you a full refund***
 

 

 
 


NOTE: Our cheese courses are proving to be very popular and are limited to 6 people per workshop so everybody gets our personal attention. In the event that you book and are unable to attend a workshop please endeavour to give us 7 days notice. We can transfer your payment to another workshop or refund your money in full. If you are unable to give us 7 days notice, we can transfer you to another workshop but if you require a refund, an admin fee of $25.00 will apply. In the event that a workshop needs to be postponed or cancelled all payments will be refinded in full.
